I can honestly say that, for the first time in 50 years, I’m learning how to just be. How to relish the present moment, which, magically and mysteriously, unlocks the door to the treasure house that is the rest of my life.

From the moment Jon and I connected, I had this deep experience of loving presence and complete trust. Something bypassed my mind and my ability to figure things out, and communicated directly to my heart and soul that I was safe and in the right place. There was a creation of power in our relationship that he honored and witnessed as being mine. It was my power. I had the experience of being wonderfully, beautifully powerful, in the most loving, energized way.

Jon can help you recognize where you are, and become more clear. My work with him has not been about plotting out my future, it has been about helping me come into deeper relationship with myself so that next steps unfold easily and effortlessly.
He creates a safe, spacious container for you to go as deep or wide or high as you’re capable of in any given moment. It’s a matter of him being able to see the facets and help me make them real in me.

My feelings changed from, “Quick, fix me, I can’t stand how I feel, make it better, hurry,” to, it’s not about hurry, and it’s not about fixing, it’s about staying where you are and getting more and more and deeper and deeper sensations that this is okay. You’re fine, this is okay.
It helps me reframe experience. I don’t see anything that’s happening quite the same as I’ve ever seen it before, because my viewpoint has been enlarged. There’s more, there’s peace, there’s joy, there’s love, there’s health, there’s everything.

Begin by forgetting everything you think you know about how change works, about your path, and about what your experience will be like.
You hear it. It’s what’s been calling you all your life. Turn towards it, and take a leap of faith. Recognize the timeless validity of that still, quiet voice. It never justifies itself. It just waits for you to answer.
Make the commitment to yourself, over and over and over again. It’s a commitment at the deepest level — a commitment to your own truth, to freedom, to answering the call.
Who you really are is always and already there. Listen with your heart, and you’ll find that the demands of expectations, criticisms, and “shoulds” aren’t as overwhelming as you thought. In remembering yourself, you return home to your innate wholeness and power.
Open to the clarity and simplicity of what you already and always are. From this natural awareness, action arises and relationships unfold.
These principles aren’t tied to a particular practice, school of thought, approach, or context. They help you in your day-to-day individual experience as it presents itself, however it presents itself. They go beyond being tools to become a joyful and pragmatic way of life.
I invite you to rediscover stillness, and to heal the division and disconnection within yourself and your life.
I invite you to become a full, uninhibited expression of who and what you really are.
And I invite you to experience the grounded practicality, the deep common sense, of what life can be.
Wherever you are in your life — whatever apparent obstacles lie in your way — this work explores the roots of your situation and helps you experience the natural being and growth that’s your birthright.
In three hour-long weekly phone meetings per month, we explore how you are in the world and how you want to be. We learn what’s calling you and what’s true for you — the true depth and breadth of you — and we discover how you can express that truth in the world.
I’m there with you in each step along the way, in the trenches with you as you work through the process. I encourage extensive email contact in between our calls. Your journaling and writing helps both of us understand what you’re experiencing, and allows me to guide you into next steps and around pitfalls.
As you step into a bigger awareness of yourself and your life, you’ll break down compartment walls, rediscover your inner landscape, and learn what it means to be life without a story.
I use many different tools in the process — meditation, visual projects, inquiry, and others that we’ll explore together as they apply to you and your situation. Most importantly, I hold a sacred, safe space with love and trust. And I hold you as the whole, unbroken expression of life that you always and already are.
In this space, in the Remembering Room, miracles can happen — and often do.
Whether you’re ready to get started, or you have questions to ask first, the next step is simple.
